iPhone, ughh...

I've had an iPhone 3G for over a year now. I don't like it anymore - I don't use it as much as I should. I've only bought 1 app "Kern". As a web developer, I should be cherishing this kind of technology and being progressive with the times by designing mobile versions of websites, but truth be told I just want a simple phone. I use the phone to talk quite a bit, but that's all I use it for (duh, it's a phone, but a smartphone too). I could do with a Jitterbug even... kidding. But yes, a simple phone dammit.

I've recently graduated from the Art Institute of Dallas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interactive Media Design. I'm currently working full-time as a Web Developer for an oilfield services and manufacturing company. On my spare time, I co-manage Depthcore, an international digital media and illustration collective.

Hi Jen, nice to see you poking around, albeit these emoticon nuggets you leave are starting to get annoying. Annoying in the sense I'm always hoping you'll say something instead of probably going around page to page CTRL+V'ing faces and hitting 'Send'.

It would be cool if you could actually write something - something I could, you know, maybe read? Something of substance? Because we used to talk a lot back in the day, and then we didn't. Not sure what happened there, but it was a long time ago in any case. We were pretty good friends, and had a substantial history. I figured I deserved more than the few seconds it took you to post an emoticon on my page.

If you don't have time to connect or initiate a conversation, much less on deviantART, then what's the point really?

Nonetheless, I hope you're doing well.
